This report is a great tool for the telecom or facilities manager in any organisation. It allows the rapid identification of phones and lines that are not making or receiving telephone calls any more.
It can save your organisation money by allowing you to either reuse telecom equipment you thought was already in use elsewhere, or by exposing telephone lines which, for whatever reason, are not being utilised, yet you are paying line rental for.
As well as the usual filters and options that can be applied to all reports, this report allows you to exclude users that have explicitly elected to not log calls.
